Professional Technician (Apple, Android, Laptop)
Responsible for repairing customer products according to SOP, providing excellent customer service, and managing stock input and checks. Advanced troubleshooting and repair for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, MacBook, and various laptop brands.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum age 28 years with 5 years of experience in the same field
- Minimum education equivalent to high school
- At least 3 years of experience in gadget repair
- Honest, responsible, and friendly personality
- Able to work in a team, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Proven ability to become a future leader
- Advanced troubleshooting hardware & software
- Master in iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch repair
- Expert in MacBook Pro/Air (logic board, display, keyboard)
- Skilled in diagnosing laptop damage of various brands
- Component-level repair (IC, capacitor, resistor)
- Meticulous, honest, patient, and quality/customer-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
